Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Ant Colab Studio website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

Services

Ant Colab Studio provides design services including branding, UI/UX design, and web design. Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines are outlined in individual project agreements.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Intellectual Property

Client Ownership

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final approved deliverables created specifically for their project. This includes final design files, brand assets, and completed work as specified in the project agreement.

Studio Ownership

We retain ownership of preliminary concepts, working files, processes, methodologies, and any pre-existing materials. We also reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-Party Assets

Any stock photos, fonts, icons, or third-party resources require separate licensing. These are not included in our standard deliverables unless explicitly stated.

Payment Terms

Payment schedules are defined in individual project agreements. Standard terms include:

  • 50% deposit required to begin work
  • Final 50% due upon project completion
  • Invoices are due within 14 days of issue
  • Late payments may incur fees and project delays

Project Timeline

Timelines are estimates based on timely client feedback and approvals. Delays in client responses may extend delivery dates. Rush projects may incur additional fees.

Revisions

Revision rounds are specified in each project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date. Deposits are non-refundable.

Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not share proprietary information without permission. Clients agree to keep our processes, methodologies, and working files confidential.

Limitation of Liability

Ant Colab Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

Disclaimer

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific business results from design work.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New York, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in New York courts.
